One of our distingushed designations is the Graduate Realtors Institute(GRI)  which is the #1 real estate designation. Realtors® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. Our next accredited designation is the At Home with Diversity(AHWD)  which allows us to be sensitive to a variety of cultures. Our third designation is e-PRO®, an e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants. Our third but not least designation  is the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. This is invaluable expertise to offer at a time when the area is ravaged by “distressed” homes in the foreclosure process. Our latest designation is the Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR).
